According to reports, since the load requirement of the project is 3,000kg and the flow demand is very large, the traditional single-station design is difficult to meet the efficiency requirements, so a dual-station design is needed to meet the access flow demand (two pallets of goods are stored and withdrawn at each time, Compared with the simplex machine type, the access efficiency can be increased by 45%). For this project, ROBOTECH selected the Bull stacker series, which can meet the requirements of larger loads and continuous high-flow operating environments. In addition, the project uses random storage to further improve the efficiency of entering and exiting the warehouse. It is understood that in the project, the connection between the loop conveyor line and the stacker system is that when the goods on the loop conveyor line reach the storage area, a photoelectric signal will be triggered. After receiving the signal, the stacker will pick up the goods and store them randomly, and at the same time, the barcode information will be stored, storage time and storage location are fed back to WCS system for archiving.
