The project covers an area of 350 acres, with a total investment of 1.35 billion yuan and a construction area of about 110,000 square meters, including the main construction content of the slaughtering workshop, the slaughtering comprehensive workshop, the by-product three-dimensional warehouse, the three-dimensional warehouse of segmented meat, and the meat food processing workshop.

 

 

In the construction of the fresh warehouse, a key link in the project, TECHBANK chose to cooperate with the strength integrator RIAMB and the professional equipment provider ROBOTECH to jointly build an efficient, low-consumption and green automated three-dimensional warehouse.

 

In order to meet the needs of high-throughput operations of fresh products, ROBO has designed an efficient multi-penetration three-dimensional warehouse system for TECHBANK. The system is equipped with 33 multi shuttles, 3 layer change hoists, 6 material box hoists, 84 outbound inter-layer conveyors, 84 inbound inter-layer conveyors and 84 sets of blocking mechanisms. In addition, a complete set of supporting charging system and multi-pass dispatching system are provided to ensure the safe, stable and reliable operation of the warehouse. This system can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of picking, handling and storage, and help TECHBANK achieve the management effect of ultra-low energy consumption and ultra-long freshness.

 

 

Compared with the traditional SRM, which needs to reserve access space for each cargo, the project uses multi shuttles with hoists to minimize a large amount of non-storage space and achieve the highest density storage, which can save more than 20% of the storage capacity. In the case of high operating costs for the construction of fresh warehouses, the doubling of storage capacity has extremely high economic value.
