ROBO Solution
After in-depth research and rigorous assessment, Runergy selected Hongbest Integration, Inform Group and ROBO to provide high-performance vertical storage and retrieval equipment to realize the automation and intelligence of warehouse management and provide solid support for the efficient operation of the polysilicon production base. In this scheme, the ASRS is equipped with 4 double-deep stacker cranes, with a height of 18.5m, a roadway length of 59m, and a load of 1,000KG each. The horizontal running speed is 160 m/min, the acceleration is 0.5 m/s², the lifting running speed is 35 m/min, and there are a total of 6048 cargo locations in the entire storage area, which realizes the comprehensive automatic storage and management of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
It is worth mentioning that the ROBO Panther series double-column stacker cranes played a key role in this project. The model has been iterated to the third generation, with an operating speed of up to 240 m/min and an acceleration of 0.6 m/s², which has a higher throughput capacity than similar models. Its high reliability and long-term continuous operation have brought a revolutionary improvement to Runergy's warehouse management.
