 In order to improve the utilization rate of the warehouse space, the ROBOTECH automated stacker system makes full use of the vertical space of 22.9 meters to build a 9 layers 8 aisles stereoscopic warehouse for it, of which 2 are single-deep stacker systems and 6 are double-deep stacker system. It greatly increases the inventory. A total of 15160 pallet positions can be accommodated, and the storage capacity is about three times that before the transformation, which meets Jiazhiwei's demand for high-density storage.

In terms of efficient operation, the stacker crane system has achieved the following breakthroughs:

1. The compound circulation 51 pallet/hour fast in and out of the warehouse;

2. High-speed horizontal movement speed of 160 m/min;
