Covering an area of 12,000 square meters and a height of 24 meters, the smart warehouse has more than 50,000 storage locations capable of storing more than 45,000 different materials. Among them, the construction of the key tote area uses the ROBO stacker crane access system. As a turnkey project, ROBO is responsible for the all-round integrated service process from the design, production, transportation, installation, personnel training to after-sales service of the stacker.

ROBO carefully planned and made full use of the vertical space to construct a bin storage area with 37 floors and 5 aisles. The area is deployed with 5 Cheetah high-speed container type light load stackers, through the optimal design of adjacent storage racks, to maximize the use of space, a total of 32,400 container positions, the effective storage capacity compared with the traditional shelf storage system increased by 2.2 times, the storage system has excellent compound cycle efficiency, up to 108 boxes / hour, fully meet the needs of Inspur Information for high-efficiency, high-density storage solutions.

The project selects ROBO Cheetah series stacker, which uses the bin as the main unit of access, which is flexible and efficient, which is convenient for the storage and dismantling and picking of materials. The model adopts the world's leading design and high-quality structure, front and rear dual drive mode, double servo motor drive, allowable horizontal running speed of 360m/min, acceleration of up to 4m/s². At the same time, the installation height can reach up to 25m, and the load capacity can reach 300kg, which is an ideal choice for automatic storage and retrieval of small parts warehouses.
