Solution
Nine stackers are configured. They are customized with five different heights and fork types based on the standard Panther model. The warehouse is situated in a three - span factory building with a total height of approximately 9 meters and an area of over 5,100 square meters. Rack storage methods incorporate single - depth and double - depth arrangements. Cargo types include universal storage cages, outer door panel fixtures, roof fixtures, etc. The stackers have heights of 8.5m, 8.7m, 8.9m, 9.3m, and 9.4m respectively, and the forks are of three - prong and two - prong types. Large - sized cargo measures 2,600×1,400×1,000mm, while small - sized cargo is 1,664×1,392×712mm. “Soft - bundling” synchronous debugging is adopted, special forks are designed to be compatible with multi - sized goods, and Modbus RTU is utilized to monitor motor temperature and vibration in real - time.

Solution
A 3-aisle automated pallet high-bay warehouse equipped with Black Panther series stackers is established. Each stacker travels at a speed of 240 m/min, has a handling capacity of 360 pallets per hour, and a maximum load capacity of 1,500 kg. The facility is supported by an in-out conveying system consisting of 12 conveyors and lift shifters, along with a full-set of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System (WCS) for warehouse management.

Project Overview
ROBO has constructed an automated high-bay logistics warehouse for final assembly at Yanfeng in Nanjing. The system enables automatic goods storage and retrieval, as well as dynamic responses to in-out operations. It supports flexible JIT storage, effectively improving overall logistics automation and production efficiency.

Solution
The system is equipped with 3 pallet stackers, 1 bin stacker, and 12 conveyors, and is integrated with beam-type racking, master pallets, an AGV system, WMS, and WCS. The warehouse dimensions are L57m × W13m × H13.63m. The pallet stacker has a lifting height of 13.6m, while the bin stacker has a lifting height of 8.6m. Their traveling speed ranges from 200-220 m/min. The load capacity is 350 kg/pallet (dual-load) and 30 kg/bin (dual-load).

Project Overview
ROBO has provided HASCO Vision's Changsha Base with a smart warehousing and logistics system. By integrating pallet and bin warehouses and coordinating AGVs with intelligent management software, it addresses the issues of low space utilization and operational inefficiency in the original flat-floor warehouse. This has released 9,000 m²of warehouse area and strengthened the supply chain for large-scale new-energy vehicle lamp production.

Solution
The warehouse is equipped with an 11 m high, 2 aisle intelligent pallet AS/RS with beam-type racking. At each storage cell, two 270 mm high supporting beams lift transfer trolley wheels off the ground, and anti-slip devices are on load platforms. This system stores stamping-line manipulators, categorized into 5 types: depalletizing, feeding, discharging, transferring, flipping, with thousands of sets in total.

This system overcomes warehousing challenges from diverse and numerous manipulators, enables efficient stamping-line docking, and drives the factory's intelligent transformation.
