Solution
Twenty-one sets of rail-mounted aisle stacker systems from the ROBO Panther series are configured. These serve four AS/RS areas: the inventory high-rise warehouse, the side-picking warehouse, the online-picking warehouse, and the cold-storage high-rise warehouse. Each stacker has a running speed of 240 m/min, an acceleration of 0.6 m/s², and can carry a load of less than 1,500 kg. The stackers adopt servo-drive control and feature an anti-vibration function.

Ambient Temperature: 0-40℃ in the normal-temperature warehouse, 2-8℃ in the cold storage.

Project Highlights
(1)Significant Labor Reduction and High Throughput: Warehouse operators are reduced by 50%, with an annual throughput capacity of 24 million boxes and a daily order-processing capacity of 220,000 order lines.
(2)Substantial Distribution Support and Swift Response: Supports an annual drug distribution scale of 90 billion yuan and achieves a 4-hour service response for terminal distribution across Guangdong Province.
(3)Advanced Drive Control and Stable Operation: Adopts servo-drive control, significantly enhancing positioning accuracy, response speed, and handling efficiency. The anti-vibration function ensures stable operation.

Project Overview
ROBO, in collaboration with NTI, supplies the AS/RS system for the four AS/RS areas of GPC’s Baiyun Base Logistics Project (Phase I). Upon completion, the project has become one of the country's most automated and intelligent modern pharmaceutical logistics distribution hubs, facilitating the upgrade of pharmaceutical logistics to high-automation, high-intelligence, and high-efficiency goals.
