Solution
Three sets of ROBO Bull series stackers are configured. The warehouse covers an area of approximately 3,300㎡, with a net height of 25m. Each stacker has a walking speed of 100m/min and a maximum load-bearing capacity of 12 tons. High-stiffness V-shaped forks are employed to prevent steel coils from rolling, and finished steel coil materials with a diameter of 1,700mm and a weight of 12,000kg are stored.

Project Overview
ROBO, in collaboration with integrator FHI, has constructed an automated AS/RS for the FJFSS production base. This project revolutionizes the traditional storage mode of flat-stacked steel coils, addressing issues such as low storage capacity, heavy materials, and ease of rolling. It helps the enterprise enhance resource utilization and overall efficiency, and holds broad reference significance for the intelligent logistics construction of the steel industry.

Solution
Two sets of ROBO BULL (Bull series) stacker systems are configured. The aisle is approximately 100 meters long, the warehouse has a height of about 25 meters, and the three-dimensional storage area covers 1,297㎡ (the total warehouse area is 2,422㎡). The rack system, conveyor system, RGV system, and WMS, WCS, PLC software systems are integrated. C-sigma beams (height 120mm, thickness 2.0mm, galvanized without spraying) are utilized.

Project Overview
ROBO has constructed a horizontal-storage automated three-dimensional warehouse for steel coils for Jiahe New Materials. The project has achieved a five-fold increase in inventory efficiency and addressed pain points such as chaotic traditional warehouse management and low space utilization.

Solution
Five sets of Cheetah high-speed bin-type light-duty stackers are configured, with a structure of 37 floors and 5 aisles. Each stacker has a horizontal speed of 360 m/min, an acceleration of 4 m/s², a load capacity of 300 kg, and a compound cycle efficiency of 108 bins per hour. The warehouse is 24 meters in height and covers an area of 12,000 square meters.

This project has achieved a 2.2-fold increase in effective storage capacity and significantly enhanced operational efficiency, facilitating Inspur's supply-chain intelligent upgrade and its rapid response to global business demands.
KOHLER (Changshu Factory), USA

Solution
Four sets of double-depth stackers and one set of single-depth stacker are configured. The 12-meter vertical space is utilized to plan five aisles. The system is also equipped with a conveying system and a goods-to-person picking system. The entry and exit of stackers and conveyors to and from the warehouse are scheduled via WCS/WMS, and the storage location information is updated automatically. Stored products include BF finished products, basins, small hardware, large hardware, electrical appliances, sinks, faucets, etc.

ROBO has constructed an intelligent three-dimensional warehouse for KOHLER's Changshu factory in the United States. This has achieved intelligent storage and automated inbound and outbound of multi-category products. The project assists KOHLER in enhancing inventory capacity and operational efficiency, realizing refined production management, and providing a replicable demonstration solution for other KOHLER factories in China.

Solution
One set of single-depth and three sets of double-depth stackers are configured. The system is equipped with handling equipment such as conveyors, elevators, RGVs, and AGVs. The WMS/WCS system is adopted and interfaced with the MIS system. The vertical warehouse stands 21 meters tall, and each storage location has a load-bearing capacity of 2,000 kg.
