Robotech participated in the drafting of the national standard GB/T 45162.2-2026 to help the reliability test specifications of logistics and warehousing equipment reach a new level

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Administration officially approved the release of the national standard GB/T 45162.2-2026 "Reliability Test Specification for Logistics and Warehousing Equipment Part 2: Storage Equipment". As one of the drafting units of the standard, ROBOtech Automation Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ROBOtech") is deeply involved in the development of this national standard. Mr. Wang Jianxing, deputy general manager of the company and member of the National Professional Standardization Technical Committee, served as the main drafter of the standard, which provided important technical support for the scientific formulation of reliability test specifications for logistics and warehousing equipment.

 

 

With the widespread application of intelligent logistics and automated warehousing systems in various industries, the reliability of storage equipment in long-term continuous operation environments has become a core indicator to measure system performance. GB/T 45162.2-2026 "Reliability Test Specification for Logistics and Warehousing Equipment - Part 2: Storage Equipment" aims to unify and standardize the reliability test methods of various storage equipment, covering test conditions, fault classification, reliability characteristic selection and test result evaluation, etc., providing a quantitative basis for equipment R&D and design, factory inspection, engineering acceptance and operation and maintenance management, and is of milestone significance for improving the overall reliability level and market competitiveness of domestic logistics and warehousing equipment.

In the process of developing this standard, he led the technical team to actively participate in the preparation of standard drafts, technical discussions, test verification, and revision of provisions based on the reliability design, test verification and on-site operation data accumulated by ROBOtech in many industry projects, providing key support for the scientificity and applicability of core contents such as test methods, fault judgment criteria, and reliability index selection, and effectively improving the operability and industry universality of the standard.
