Recently, the "2026 Coalbed Methane Material Supply Chain Digital Intelligence Development Seminar" was grandly held in Suzhou, Jiangsu. Representatives from PetroChina Coalbed Methane Co., Ltd., China Petroleum Engineering and Materials Management Department, China Petroleum Engineering Materials Research Institute, Sinopec Jichai, Dagang Oilfield, and many other petroleum and petrochemical companies and related supply chain units gathered together to explore new paths for industry digital intelligence transformation. ROBOtech Automation Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., as a representative company in the field of intelligent warehousing equipment, was invited to participate. Sales Manager Ma Guijian delivered a keynote speech titled "Application of Digital Intelligence Equipment."

In his speech, Ma Guijian systematically introduced ROBOtech's development history and core technological advantages. He stated that ROBOtech was established in Austria in 1988, entered China in 2014, and completed a reverse acquisition in 2017, becoming a company with foreign technology background but operations rooted in China. In 2021, it was fully acquired by Yinfie Storage, further strengthening its localization capabilities. Currently, the company has three major R&D centers in Austria, Suzhou, and Xiamen, with more than 300 employees in China, 50% of whom are R&D and engineering technical personnel. The company has two manufacturing bases in Changshu and Jingdezhen. The Jingdezhen factory invested 300 million yuan, producing over 1,000 stackers annually, with a total capacity of 2,000 units per year. By 2025, global shipments exceeded 6,000 units. In Logistics IQ™’s "2024 Global Industrial Storage and Retrieval Machines (SRM) Suppliers Top 20," ROBOtech once again ranked among the top three stacker manufacturers globally.

Regarding core equipment, Ma Guijian focused on the stacker product family named after animals, including series such as "Giraffe," "Bull," "Panther," "Cheetah," "Lion," and "Zebra," covering various application scenarios including pallets and bins. To address the swaying problem of high-level stackers in the petrochemical industry, the company uses Siemens drives' "VibX" anti-sway function block, reducing sway stop time from over 3 seconds to 1.94 seconds. The independently developed V-POS visual inspection system can detect deformations in rack beams and pallets in real-time with an accuracy of ±2mm, effectively preventing collision accidents.
In terms of software and project practice, ROBOtech has self-developed WMS and WCS systems, which can be customized to integrate with major systems such as SAP, ERP, MES, and MOM, and provide layered permission management, real-time monitoring, and fault alarm analysis functions. The company has obtained CMMI Level 3 maturity certification. Through dual-dimensional management of "task volume/alarm rate" and "operation time/failure time," system stability reaches over 99%, exceeding the industry standard of 97%. In the petrochemical industry, the company has delivered more than 600 stackers, creating multiple benchmark projects.

In addition, the meeting also organized an on-site visit for the participating delegates to ROBOtech's Changshu production base. ROBOtech's General Manager Chen Jiankang and Deputy Director of the Changshu Factory Jiang Linlin warmly received the visiting team. The attending experts closely observed the production process of stacker cranes and the actual operation of the intelligent warehouse system, giving high praise to ROBOtech's technical strength and innovation capability.
As an intelligent warehousing company with nearly 40 years of technical experience, ROBOtech is leveraging its industry-leading product strength to continuously deepen its presence in core sectors such as petrochemicals, new energy, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and automotive, helping clients achieve cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and digital intelligence upgrades in their supply chains.
