June 2026 marks the 25th National "Work Safety Month." The theme for this year's Work Safety Month is "Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response — Inspect and Rectify Potential Risks." To thoroughly implement the concept of work safety and enhance the safety awareness of all employees, ROBOtech Quality and Lean Department organized the 2026 Work Safety Month Knowledge Competition. This event was carried out successively at the Suzhou headquarters, Changshu production base, and Jiangxi production base, attracting enthusiastic participation from employees in both frontline and functional departments.

The competition aims to 'promote learning through competition and apply learning through practice,' focusing on core knowledge areas such as production safety, fire safety, occupational health, on-site operation standards, safety knowledge, and awareness of work-related injuries. The competition's question types are scientifically designed and use a buzzer system, effectively testing participants' knowledge reserves and on-the-spot response abilities. It is worth mentioning that the competition sets different difficulty levels for frontline and non-frontline personnel: questions for frontline personnel in group responses are more focused on practical on-site issues, while questions for office staff emphasize general knowledge and comprehensive competence, truly achieving layered assessment and precise improvement.

On June 24, the Changshu production base took the lead in starting the competition, and all participants arrived on time; on June 25, the competition continued at the Suzhou headquarters, with the on-site order well maintained; on June 26, the competition at the Jiangxi production base was also successfully held as planned. The actual answering time for all three competitions was controlled at around 40 minutes, with a tight overall pace and well-organized arrangements. The competition atmosphere was enthusiastic, the buzzer rounds were intensely competitive, and the participants showed high enthusiasm, demonstrating ROBOtech employees' excellent spirit and solid safety literacy.
After intense competition, the winners of each award were determined: Yang Bo, Li Juan, Wang Jun, and Zhu Lei won first place in the Safety Knowledge Competition; Xie An, Wang Kang, Li Chen, and Kou Yingying won second place; Wu Yueheng, Lu Wen, and Zhang Qichang were recognized as outstanding individuals in the Safety Month activities.

This safety knowledge contest is an important measure for ROBOtech to implement its primary responsibility for safety production and to deepen the construction of a safety culture. It has effectively improved the safety awareness and risk identification ability of all employees. In the future, ROBOtech will regularly hold such contests every Safety Month to continuously strengthen the foundation of the company's safe development.
Safety production is the lifeline of enterprise development. ROBOtech will continue to promote the deep-rooted safety concept, integrate safety culture into all aspects of daily management, and escort the high-quality development of the company.
